The Science Museum Group is the non-departmental public body that operates five national museums of science, industry and innovation, comprising the Science Museum in London, the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester, the National Railway Museum in York, the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford and Locomotion in Shildon.
