Birmingham Property Services is seeking legal advice in relation to a city centre development scheme in Birmingham The contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year subject to funding being available and progress with mediation and will commence on 28 August 2018. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack. Registration and use of in-tend is free.
