Inspire Summer Works 2017

Refurbishment works to be carried out at an SEN School in Chatham, Kent. High level remodelling to 4no. classrooms, including development of the tendered design, including M&E, and light touch refurbishment to 6no. other classrooms / rooms. Scope of works to include roof repairs, internal finishes as well as the provision of fixtures and fittings and other equipment. The Tender will require the contractor to provide evidence of previous experience managing and undertaking construction works within occupied SEN environments with operational challenges.
