Confirmation of Contract award to Gosling Consulting. Rossendale Borough Council is seeking to procure Cost Consultancy Services for the delivery of Rawenstall Market. At All RIBA Stages Consultants are required to; advise the Employer's Representative on the need to employ other consultants and make recommendations for the selection of consultants and; attend monthly project progress meetings.
