Blue Heart Telemetry Installation

Following on from initial pilots for East Sussex County Council's (ESCC) Blue Heart project (funded through the Environment Agency's (EA) Flood and Coastal Resilience Innovation Programme (FCRIP)), real-time monitoring of water levels is required across the Blue Heart study area in Eastbourne and southern Wealden. After 12 months, the project team will review the success of the location, operation and data of the telemetry devices and determine if there is a need to extend monitoring, relocate or remove the devices. This contract is awarded. This Contract has now been extended for 31 months until 31 March 2027.
