Alternative Provider Medical Services - Grainger GP Practice and Ponteland Road GP Practice

North of England Commissioning Support are working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Cumbria and North East) and NHS Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group who wish to commission two Alternative Provider Medical Service contracts; one for Grainger GP Practice with a contract of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years and one for Ponteland Road GP Practice with a contract term of 5 years.
