Description
A cloud based CRM System is required, to be accessed (in the main) via University of Wolverhampton VPN, for programme (Arts Connect) based at mac Birmingham, Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham, B12 9QH, but at times may also need to be accessed offsite. Upload and track interactions, applications for support, investments made, contracts, reports for investments made, such as: • Run reports/searches that can collate and provide the following information: • Sector specific reporting (education breakdown, cultural/arts breakdown, heritage, libraries) • Links/report can be created for qualitative/quantitative data required for Arts Council Quarterly Monitoring Report and to be exported in doc/xls format • Demographic reports for individuals and organisations • Input and update Artsmark data (Levels, expiry date, tracking of progress) • Input and update Arts Awards data (awards, moderations, dates of application, supporter information) • Grants management system functions required: o online promotion and mail-out o online application o online assessment o tracking award with email alert/reminder function when reports are due o tracking payment o submission and tracking reporting o highlight issues and concerns o Tracking receipt of other grants/awards (G4A, Managed, Strategic Investment, Capital, Museum Resilience, EF, Paul Hamlyn, Rowntree, Cadbury, EFF, ERDF, ESF, ESIF etc. • Current grants/investments include: o Partnership Investment o Development fund o Research and development o Arts Award o Managed • Events and Programme activity (internal and external tracking and reporting) • Booking function through website – using eventbrite and doodlepoll • Upload documents and images (pdf, jpeg, tif, csv, xls, doc, outlook files etc) • Import and run reports on all bridge data for national comparison (import and amend csv files) • Ability to add additional reports and tracking mechanisms when required • Ability to remove data upon request • Ability to save entire database as CSV file for export or use beyond the lifetime of the programme This is a one off Procurement.
