Description
As part of this market engagement, Southend-on-Sea City Council (the Council) invites electronic responses from organisations who are positioned to successfully provide an asset management service for the Council owned, Victoria Centre. The service needs to be provided in a proactive manner which maintains, or increases, the Net Operating Income generated by the Victoria Centre, whilst maximising the possible community benefits for the wider City. The Victoria Centre was purchased by the Council in 2020 and extends to approximately 340,000 sq. ft. The shopping area is arranged over three floors, with a large central mall and atrium.
