Town Council Gardens Maintenance

Billericay Town Council is responsible for maintaining two small garden areas in the town, both at the northern end of the High Street. Jim Shields garden is adjacent to a barber shop and is a small grassed area containing planters and trees. This area requires grass cutting only. Festival Gardens is a larger memorial garden situated in Crown Road/Norsey Road. This requires grass cutting, flower bed and shrub/tree maintenance.
