Description
Devon Partnership Trust Estates Services (DPT) manages compliance on behalf of various Trusts. As part of this role DPT commissions Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) for all of the premises managed by the Trust to ensure legal responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 are met. The Trust is seeking an external advisor to undertake a fire risk assessment for all properties listed within tender documentation. The consultant/s will undertake Fire Risk Assessments to help the Trust meet its statutory and common law obligations. The Fire Risk Assessor must be competent in fire safety matters in the healthcare environment.
