Cleethorpes - Levelling Up Fund - Pier Gardens - NEC4 Project Manager

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Client) is seeking to appoint to appoint a specialist organisation with a breadth and depth of substantive experience in NEC4 contracting and management. The Consultant shall take the project from RIBA Stage 1 through to achieving completion of RIBA 7. The Consultant shall provide the series set out in this specification. The Client has established Cleethorpes Board which will provide strategic oversight of the project. The Consultant will report to the Client's Project Manager for strategic direction, provide updates on progress and programme, risks, budget management and highlight key issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
