We are seeking EOI for design services (architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural) for a refurbishment project in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. The project is to strip out and replace existing services, repairs to historic staircase, replacement for kitchens and bathrooms, and complete internal refurbishment in a 200 year old, five storey townhouse in the historic area of Boston. Interested consultants should be able to demonstrate experience of working on historic buildings in Boston and should be fully conversant with US building codes and regulations. They should also have a full understanding of local authority approvals for any planning, building regs, or historic or heritage approvals in Massachusetts.
