General Building Contract 3 Regen & DLO Voids

Procurement of 2 contractors to carry out principally void refurbishment works to council dwellings and associated common areas allocated by the: Estate Regeneration team (Lot 1) and Building Maintenance team (Lot 2) These works covering all aspects of internal and external general building works. Anticipated annual contract values are: Contract 3 Lot 1: £1,970,000 per annum Contract 3 Lot 2: £1,850,000 per annum The contract duration is two years, with the option to extend twice by one year, totalling four years.
