Structural Engineer and Principal Designer (CDM) Consultancy Services

Red Kite is looking to appoint a single Structural Engineer and Principal Designer (CDM) consultancy service for its Property and Development teams enabling staff to use a preferred provider ad hoc as required for up and coming projects and for reactive work. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for one 12 month period subject to satisfactory performance and value for money. The Services to include, but not limited to: Feasibility reports/Option appraisals Alterations and extensions, conversion of buildings, refurbishments - specifications and drawings Contract procurement services Party wall surveys, obligations and agreements Preparation of Planning and Building Regulation applications M&E surveying services Emergency Structural Inspections Project management services Defects Diagnosis/Building Pathology Structural Survey and Non Traditional Construction Advice Construction Design and management services as required
