Description
The University of Southampton has a need to acquire a closed-loop cryogenic-cooler system for our cold finger cryostats - more specifically, our magnet cryostat, (Oxford Instruments, MO-CRYO2 Microstat), that has already been purchased. The cooling system must capable of cooling and holding steady the temperature of the magnet to be just above 4K, the temperature of the side arm to be less than 30K and the temperature of the sample to be around 6K for our Magnet cryostat with low vibration. The cryo-cooler will aid us in our research where we investigate the interactions between neighbouring polariton condensates in a lattice. Full details of the requirement can be found in the File 2 Appendix 1 specification.
