Accessibility Density and Land Value Uplift Modelling to support Mass Transit

This commission will allow the Combined Authority and partner councils to understand: o The strategic opportunities for housing and commercial uses, specifically to demonstrate the relationship between access to economic activity (people and jobs) and development. o How land use might respond to West Yorkshire Mass Transit. o The potential scale of opportunity for land value capture to be used to support the financial case for Mass Transit across the proposed network.
