643 - Student Accommodation

Our aim is to refresh the accommodation areas and bring them in line with the works to the blocks that have already been refurbished. The rooms requiring refurbishment are located in Blocks A and B on the nurses campus. The works vary in each block, for example the replacement of kitchens and shower room works. The installation of new friction hinges to all windows in the two blocks and replacement of handles and strike plates as per the specification.
