Pre-Market Engagement for Roofing Repairs and Replacements to Housing Properties

The key objectives of the authority for this project are to determine if there are potential solutions to increase interest in the contract, by amending the contract requirements. It is anticipated that this could be done by implementing one or more of the non-exhaustive options listed below; • Separating repair and replacement works into different contracts • Separating works into work-type Lots • Amending the requirements in some other way To this end we are now engaging with the market to establish how these objectives and outcomes might be achieved.
