T0179 Technical Services Landscape Support

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of services to support the Landscape Policy Advisor with several tasks: 1. develop the landscape guidance to supplement the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) document LD 117 Landscape Design; 2. investigate, and develop, as appropriate a landscape metric informed by the natural capital approach to promote better landscape management; and 3. support the review and rewrite of Series 300 Fencing and Series 300 Landscape and Ecology within the Manual of Contract Works (MCHW).
