Description

Kent County Council is undertaking a procurement of Homecare Services for Children and Adults living within the geographical boundary of Kent, including those requiring these services while residing in prisons. It is intended that this service will be procured as a light touch open framework. The Council wishes to engage with Service Providers in order to share and receive feedback on its commissioning intentions, gain input to support the development of the service specification, and to gauge the level of interest for this opportunity. This market engagement is also intended to raise awareness about the implications of the change in procurement regulations that have been introduced by the Procurement Act 2023, to ensure that Service Providers are prepared to tender for this opportunity. This in-person Market Engagement Event will take place on Wednesday 9th July 2025 from 9.30 AM to 4.30PM at the Mercure Great Danes Hotel, Maidstone, ME17 1RE. Service Providers who wish to attend the event, can book a place, using the link below: https://forms.office.com/e/1nqG5tCAz3 Alternatively, Service Providers can express their interest for this event via the Homecare opportunity on Kent Business Portal
