Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment (HEDNA) Tender

Milton Keynes Council (MKC) wishes to commission consultants to carry out a Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment (HEDNA) for the Borough of Milton Keynes, one of the fastest growing and most dynamic local authority areas in the UK. The HEDNA will form a key part of the Council's evidence base for its new Local Plan. The new Local Plan is due to be published for Regulation 18 consultation in early 2023.
