Description
The Museum of London is looking to procure a Commissioning Manager who will be an independent company with suitably qualified employees who will provide resource to plan, schedule, manage, witness and record the building services testing and commissioning for its New Museum Project. The Commissioning Manager serves as a key member of the Construction Delivery Team and works closely alongside the Construction Manager and the MEPH Trade Contractors to ensure that the commissioning process is delivered successfully and on time. This assures the Client and end users, that a correct and compliant commissioning process is adopted, implemented and the results are independently verified to be in accordance with the design and any relevant building codes and regulations (i.e BSRIA/CIBSE, etc). In addition to the above, the Employment of an independent Commissioning Manager is currently a project requirement for BREEAM credit Man 04.
