Description
Since 2013, the Equality and Human Rights Commission in Scotland has run 'Measuring Up?', a programme monitoring the performance of listed authorities in response to the introduction of the Scottish specific equality duties. The Commission's draft Business Plan 2017/18 includes the last phase of this programme. From April 2017 we plan to assess the publications which will complete the initial four-year reporting cycle for 250-plus listed authorities and make recommendations to Scottish Ministers based on our findings. We expect to issue an invitation to tender for a research project to support this assessment early in 2017. Please register at the Commission's procurement portal to receive further information about this opportunity, when it is available: https://procurement.equalityhumanrights.com/procontract/ehrc/ supplier.nsf/frm_home?ReadForm The full tender pack will be released on Commission's portal, including a full specification with a timetable for submitting bids. Please be aware that this notice should only be viewed as an indication of the Commission's plans at this stage and we reserve the right to not launch this opportunity.
