Specification of requirements The University of Derby is seeking to appoint two strength and conditioning coaches on a self-employed basis, to work within the newly formed Human Performance Unit. Coaches are advised that their engagement with the University will be subject to the legislative changes surrounding IR35 which affects all contractors who do not meet HMRC's definition of 'self-employment'
