Description
This contract is for the appointment of a supplier to undertake ad-hoc research which can support TfL to understand both the breadth and depth of a variety of themes including but not limited to customer information provision, staff service to customers, fares, ticketing and changes, urban realm and built environment, healthy streets topics, safety and security, travel demand management, vehicle or service development, freight, disability, accessibility, and inclusion etc. The supplier will conduct the full range of Qualitative and Quantitative ]Research methodologies on an ad-hoc basis. A mini competition was conducted via the CCS Research and Insights Framework (RM6126).
