Create and Deliver the New to Senior Leadership Programme

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) are seeking a tenderer to design and deliver a pilot of the new to senior leadership programme. This programme is for individuals who have recently become senior leaders. This tender is for the design and delivery of 2 cohorts (25 participants in each) in by 31 March 2021. It is intended that this programme is innovative and flexible, enabling the learning programme to be developed based on individuals' or organisational needs. It lends itself to project/scenario-based learning using action research and appreciative inquiry, through real time developments and sector challenges, that will develop skills, knowledge and leadership theory through reflection and practical application.
