BCI DPS - Engineering Work Experience and Placement for NEET Young People - AWARD

Provider to be able to facilitate work placement or taster opportunites for NEET young people within an engineering environment with the Provider being able to engage young people to introduce the engineering sector, the opportunites within the sector and how Young people can get involved within the sector. Provider must have exisiting links with employers within the sector to be able to present opportunites to the project's participants. To conduct initial assessments with participants to understand their aims and objectives and also the level of support required and facilitate and manage a workshop to support young people become prepared for the engineering environment prior to placement or work taster.
