Provision of Qubit 3 Fluorometers

Public Health England (PHE) is seeking to purchase up to Qubit 3 Fluorometers. The fluorometers should provide normalisation of DNA concentration across all samples entering the sequencing library preparation process, additionally, these libraries must be pooled and balanced at a specific molarity on the next generation sequencing instrument. This requires determination of DNA concentration and average insert length and have a specification that preferably includes: - Calculations and settings automatically performed by the instrument - Touchscreen controls - Max dimensions of 5.4"(w) x 10"(l) X 2.2" (h) - Ability to personalise with own assays - Minimum 1 year warranty - Sensitive quantitation - Storage capabilities of up to 1,000 sample results - Sample size of 1-20ul - Incubation times of up to 2 minutes for DNA and RNA assays Please only contact Mercy.Mashem@phe.gov.uk and submit a quotation if you feel you can meet the above requirements.
