Develop and Construct Contract - Appointment of Integrated Supply Team for new St Peters Primary School, Collegelands, Ref MA16-0000C403

The project is for the Appointment of Develop and Construct Integrated Supply Team to deliver the provision of the new build replacement primary school with associated external and site works for Saint Peter’s Primary School at Charlemont, County Armagh. The facilities will comprise: general classrooms, resource bases, multi-purpose hall, kitchen and school meals area. Additional accommodation will include stores, pupils cloaks and changing, WCS, office/administration, hygiene, staff accommodation and staff WCs. Circulation, plant space and ancillary accommodation will also be provided. The project will include full construction works, mechanical and electrical services, external and site development works.
