Parking Enforcement & Operations

Civil Parking Enforcement - Moving Traffic Enforcement, including provision of ANPR camera equipment, fixed and mobile - Consideration of informal appeals, and support in consideration of formal representations - Representing the Council at tribunals - Customer Service, responding to complaints, supporting in responding to corporate complaints, Elected Member and Members of Parliament enquiries - Operation of the off street parking estate - Parking Permit Administration - Bailiff and Debt Recovery The proposed duration of the contract will be an initial term of seven (7) years with the option to extend the contract for up to a maximum of three (3) years.
