Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is considering options for the placement of young people in Leaving Care / Independent Living Settings. As part of a wider engagement and consultation, we are inviting stakeholders to a market engagement event to shape the service model and service specification to develop a Dynamic Purchasing System Framework for the provision of housing with support for young people aged 16-18 years.
