Public Mortuary Chiller Replacement

The works include for the replacement of the existing air cooled chiller and gas fired boilers with a dual circuit Heat Pumps. The gas fired hot water generators will be replace with indirect hot water calorifiers. The existing supply and extract air handling units shall be replaced with new including heat recovery. A new BMS control system with remote units, which will be included to provide full control of the whole installation.
