Description
The Service is for the provision of a consultant team in conjunction with the separately appointed PM/QS to manage the delivery of the Dunanney Pavilion and 3G pitch Project. New build Pavilion and link building (circa 939m² inc. multipurpose hall, office/meeting rooms, café/kitchen, toilets/changing and storage) attached to existing changing rooms (circa 262m²) which shall be refurbished to match with new build. Removal of existing grass pitch (100m x 64m) and fencing and the forming of a new3G synthetic football pitch (106m x 70m) with fencing, railings and floodlights. Formation of new entrance road from Rathmullan Drive and car parking for circa 30+cars. Cut, fill & consolidate ground levels as required to accommodate.
