CBC-1184-FA-LS - Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) Works

Lot 1 is for works that are relatively straightforward and would be operated via an online Schedule of Rates Portal which will allow contractors to pre-populate the portal with prices for specific items of work listed on it, enabling Council Officers to directly award work based on price and availability. Lot 2 will cover bespoke works that do not lend themselves to a schedule of rates portal e.g. conversions, extensions etc; and would be awarded by Further Competition(s) outside of the portal used for Lot 1.
