A traditional build extension (Approx. 130m2) consisting of traditional block cavity walls with render finish, deep strip stepped foundations and beam and block flooring to provide new classroom, resource area, WC and store. In addition there is some internal remodelling including works to existing block walls of existing rooms to create a new hygiene room.
