Bedding plants and floral planters

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to the supply and delivery of spring and summer bedding plants and to collect, plant, establish and deliver floral planters. The initial contract period will be for 3 years extendable in yearly increments to a maximum of 5 years subject to performance and agreement of all parties.
