Supply and Delivery of Bedding Plants and Filled Planters

St Helens Council (http://www.sthelens.gov.uk) is looking for an experienced provider with a good understanding of how to provide bedding plants and filled planters. Flexibility and an ability to work to tight deadlines are essential. The initial tender requirement is for a 3-year period, with the option to extend for a further year. The contract will be for awarded to the most economically advantageous tender submission, combining both cost and quality elements of each bid.
