Governance The system is asking for the executive leadership team to be supported to develop, agree and communicate the compelling and clear narrative for the case for change, and facilitate building of the positive relationships and behaviours to enable and embed changed working arrangements, governance structures, including in commissioning, and integrations. This would include diagnostics of elements funded through the BCF plan, such as discharge arrangements, that have historically been planned and coordinated across Havering, Redbridge, and Barking and Dagenham.
