Care Package RC

The purpose of the contract is to commission a package of support for a service user is a white British 9 year old male who lives at home with his mother who is a sole carer. RC has been an inpatient at Alder Hey since January 2016 where he was diagnosed with status dystonicus (continuous severe dystonia requiring rescue medication). RC’s health has been very unstable and he cannot return home without a full package of care
