Consultancy Contract: Provision of the Kingston Riverside SPD

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is seeking an organisation to create a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), with the aim of revitalising the borough?s under-utilised Thames-side area. Multidisciplinary consultancy will be required, with particular expertise in landscape architecture and public realm, planning policy, and community engagement. The contractor will undertake all stages in the preparation, development and consultation on the SPD up to the point of adoption, including research and analysis, visioning, engagement, and production of draft and final reports. The project is expected to be completed in 6 to 8 months.
