Scope of Supply The purpose of this RFP is to source 1-unit 45KVA generator. Delivery and handover of the generator will take place in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Tenders should provide current copies of the following (as applicable) in support of their RFR Response: - Valid business registration certificate. - Valid NASSIT clearance certificate (if based in Sierra Leone). - Valid tax clearance certificate (if based in Sierra Leone). - References indicating the Tenderer's experience and capacity to deliver similar products to reputable organisations (private companies, INGOs, Government). - Proposed Terms and Conditions of Business. - Any relevant accreditations or quality certificate(s) such as ISO standards, etc. - Any other relevant information such as ethics policy, anti-slavery policy, safeguarding policy, etc.
