Description
Lichfield West Midlands Traded Services (part of Lichfield District Council) have established a project to look at a temporary building to be used by local homeless individuals in Lichfield City Centre. It is anticipated that the building design will use low-impact temporary practices in the forms of timber construction and prefabricated elements. The current design allows for three single bedrooms containing a single bed, a standard UK + USB outlet and a skylight, finished with a resistant PVCu panelling finish, accessed using a pin locked door. In addition to these there will be separate wetroom and toilet (Part T compliant) facilities accompanied by a staff accessable plant room. The budget for this project should ideally be below £75,000.
