RFQ - Community Engagement Services for Energy Project - Babraham Road Park and Ride

Aim: To design and implement community engagement to build understanding, trust and support for the Babraham project. Community engagement will form a vital role in securing the success of the projects and ensuring that the community are able to see the benefits. The key objectives from community engagement will be: • Development of engagement plans that target different sectors in the community • Evidence of successful engagement across a section of the community • Public exhibition / events for the community to learn more about the planning application proposal • Mechanisms for the community to feedback on the project and evidence their feedback is considered and acknowledged • A report on the key issues raised by the community and an indication of the levels of community support for the project
