Description
UKROEd Ltd is looking to establish a contractual relationship with a provider to design and develop interactive awareness training courses for use on a host site which will then be accessible to those who are required to attend. The initial requirement is for two courses which deal with seatbelt awareness and cycling awareness. There may be a requirement to design and develop further awareness courses over the duration of the Contract, however the Supplier should be aware that this is not guaranteed. The Supplier must be able to demonstrate previous experience in the design of further awareness training and/or education training, accessible through an online platform and, for those not able to access an online medium, replicated in workbook form. The courses will be offered by the Police as an opportunity to provide suitable education as an alternative to paying a fine when someone has been detected committing a relevant offence. The courses must be designed for the public domain in such a way as to provide interactive behavioral changes especially among the relevant identified demographic. The course content must be able to run on any platform and incorporate responsive web design in order for it to respond to the user's behavior and environment based on screen size, platform and orientation. It should be HTML5 compliant and function across the modern browser set, i.e. Microsoft Edge, IE11, the latest versions of Chrome and the mobile variants of these browsers. The workbook must replicate the electronic course.
