Edge of Care Support Service

This procurement is under the light touch regime established pursuant to Regulations 74-76 and Regulation 76 (7) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purposes of commissioning a volunteer-based, countywide service providing timely and appropriate targeted support for families who are experiencing adversity and providing 'edge of care' support to those struggling families as an alternative to a short stay in foster care and help maintain, where possible, children and young people with their families.
