Description
Microsoft Premier Support for both SFA and DfE for the period commencing 05/03/2017 Expiring 04/03/2018. Microsoft Service Delivery Manager will facilitate the continual improvement of the SFA and DfE IT infrastructure and operations by delivering: Service Delivery Planning, Incident, Escalation and Crisis Management, Remediation planning, Incident Reporting, Trend Analysis, Post Incidents Reviews, Information distribution and Premier Contract Management. Microsoft Application Development Management (ADM) will support the SFA and DfE's development of solutions on the Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure). The ADM will be aligned to the developers accelerate innovation, reduce risk and modernise solutions, aligned to the Department's core business objectives. Reactive and Advisory Support; Premier Architectural Services - Cloud Development (per solution) to include: - Learning Records System (LRS) and Legacy. Designated Support Engineer - Hours can be aligned to any technology i.e. Exchange Messaging, SCOM/OMS Monitoring, Azure, Security/Identity, Service Management and SharePoint.
