SADC Invitation to Tender for Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

To provide safe and secure accommodation through the provision of temporary bed and breakfast accommodation, and work with St Albans Council to meet its statutory obligations in the face of increasing demand. The contract will be let on 2 year basis. In addition this can be extended at the Council's discretion up to two times. Each extension that the Council decides to take up will be for a further one year period. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 4 years. The deadline for submission is 12:00 on 4th October 2019. Note - tender returns must be uploaded on Supply Hertfordshire/In-Tend accordance with the Instructions for Tender.
