Business Analyst

To work closely with the Business Change Lead to define and enable business change, through developing business requirements, business processes and solutions. This involves meeting with key stakeholders to understand business needs and assess the impact of those business changes on process, people and system, gathering and analysing requirements and process mapping. You will be the key point of contact for the business and engage with stakeholders to ensure that they understand the impact on their teams and how to best support them. You will be involved in delivering presentations and training sessions to user groups within the business to help make change happen.
