Contract for Electoral Management Software

3. The Idox/Strand/Selcheck Election Systems software is currently being used to run elections and administer the register of electors. This system has been in place for approximately 8 years. The Council is now looking to procure a new electoral software solution. Although the Council would prefer a fully hosted system, the Council would like to consider an on site locally hosted option, and as such evaluation will take place across all pricing modules. The Council would like to offer the successful bidder a five (5) year contract with the option to extend for a further two (2) years, subject to annual review and future funding allocations.
