Southwark Council Disability Hub PIN Notice

Southwark Council Disability Hub: Invitation to register attendance at a Provider Engagement Event (online event via Teams) Southwark Council is looking to award a grant for the provision of a Disability Hub which aims to deliver local information and advice and community services for disabled residents who are resident within the London Borough of Southwark. We want the service to support people's emotional wellbeing, community life, prevocational and employment support, physical health and home life and transition to independence. The council intends to publish the disability service as a grant opportunity and hereby invites providers of disability services to register their attendance at an online provider engagement event, on the 9th May 2024 from 2pm - 3:30pm. The event will be the Councils opportunity to provide further information, guidance, and timeframes relating the grant award and to take questions from providers. To register for the event, please send an email to the following address. Please title your email 'Disability Hub Provider Event' and include the name of your company along with the name/s and email/s of those who would like to attend. Please provide confirmation of attendance by 08 May 2024 at 17:00 Provider.Commissioning@southwark.gov.uk
